Orders are held for 7 days, while awaiting payments. If payment is not received within 7 days, orders are subject to cancellation, unless prior arrangements have been made. PAYMENTS: We accept all Paypal payments, Visa and Mastercard, money orders, cashier's checks and personal/business checks. Payments made by personal or business checks are held for up to 10 business days before shipment. SHIPPING: All orders are shipped within 2 business days, after we receive cleared payment. All orders are shipped via media mail, unless otherwise stated. If you need your order shipped by other means, please contact us and we will make those arrangements. RETURNS: We accept returns on all merchandise. Please email us within 7 days from receipt of merchandise, to obtain a return authorization. Refunds will be given less original shipping charge. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged on certain items. Please contact us for details. Item should be returned in the same condition as purchased. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment.
